The Reiki Cafe 

Hello everyone,

A couple of months ago, I asked for healing & clarity for a specific relationship(romantic). A few days later I felt much better, I was grateful to everyone here.

But then last month...stuff happened, everything crumbled to pieces. This morning he added the ''icing on the cake''. Now I feel almost suicidal(again).

At this point, I do not wish to save this relationship. I only wish for healing for myself. I 'm feeling too devastated to even attempt self-healing. If anyone can take a few minutes out to send me some Reiki, I 'd be very grateful.

Thank you all of you, I 'm in survival mode right now.

I 'm tempted to use my blog to tell him exactly what I think of him(I believe he's still browsing the place...either that or he's got someone browsing on his behalf) but then I tell myself that would be wrong. I want to cry but I can't.

I know I need to practice forgiveness, it's the only thing that will free me. I 'm just not strong enough yet.

I do not know the circumstances of this relationship issue, but a wise friend once said this to me. I hope it brings you some kind of peace...No man is worth your tears, and the one who is won't make you cry.

Use your blog all you want. You can always make it private or friends only. It is good to vent. Better out than in. Forgiveness will come later. First allow yourself time to feel and experience this bad episode in your life. Even though it feels like it will, it will not kill you. It will only make you stronger. Learn the lessons that this brings. Lick your wounds for a while. The strength will build, where you can integrate and then finally forgive.

I 'm almost in tears now. It hurts like hell but I 'm beginning to look at this with forgiving eyes. First and foremost, I need to forgive myself for my own lifescript.

I cannot possibly express my gratitude in words. But maybe you can all feel it.

I still need all the help I can get but at least, I 'm almost ready to start giving myself Reiki again.
