The Reiki Cafe 

the overactivity of the past week has left me totally drained and my body has decidided to enter a healing crisis in the form of bronchitus. my body temperature has been ranging from normal to 104.1F.

i would appreciate it if anyone would send reiki to hold me over until i can see my doctor on monday.

i have been attempting self-treatments, but am having trouble focusing becasue of all the distractions (coughing, chills, hot flashes, etc.)

Reiki sent. I asked that it be sent continuously to you until Monday morning. Do you have access to oil of oregano? Two drops twice a day,either on the tongue or in a bit of juice is a potent antiviral and antibacterial . I was also advised by a natural healer on a trip in New Mexico that 6 capsules of MSM(Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) strengthens the cell walls, so that new bacteria and viruses have trouble getting in. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to feel helpful, but I have used it succesfully in our family. Of course, there is the old faithful, echinacea, and I also like "Emergen-C" powder.

sorry for the delay in getting back. thank you so much for your response. the boost that was provided was apparently exactly what was needed.

i'm in an interesting situation since my doctor is about a 2 hour drive. when i talked to her office on monday morning, by the time i would have gotten there, she would have been at the hospital doing rounds, so i was scheduled to see her tuesday morning.

the very good news is, by tuesday, i had almost completely cleared my system of the underlying infection that had caused the onset of the bronchitis.
