Hi Everyone,

Would you be so kind as to send Reiki for the highest good, to cure pain and cause of pain in the lower back, please? It seems to be affecting the left hip and there's pain just above the left outer ankle. I've been having the hardest time sitting down and getting back up. Walking is ok.

I've been doing self-Reiki and had my sister do hands-on and distance Reiki for me. This one's a tough one.

It's been a week today since I got hurt.

The ankle is better but I still have to take Ibuprofen for sciatica pain in the hip area, left shin and left foot.

I was able to walk about 3/4 mile yesterday. Walking doesn't seem to be the problem. It's getting into and out of the car, keeping the right posture while sitting, and bending over, even with knees bent.

Please, keep working on me.

Please keep sending Reiki for healing pain and cause of pain in the lower left hip and for the healing of slight numbness in the left big toe. This has been a slow healing but much better in terms of pain management. I'm just deciding whether or not I should return to the doctor because there is still some pain or not go because the pain has lessoned and I have most of my motion back.
