The Reiki Cafe 

Hi,
Marilyn, my best friend and lover the past thirty years, is 55 and suffers from really terrible headaches every week or so.
I've had some kind of ear/head/sinus infection for about 20 years now that has been causing me a lot of dental pain.

- also, I have a brief and easy pranayama for balancing that several people have also noted has helped with their migraines
