The Reiki Cafe 

Hello,
I've been reading the board for a while, but finally registered as a member.

I would greatly appreciate any and all Reiki healing for my husband, Michael, age 43. He had surgery this past Friday to mend side effects from radiation and chemotherapy for cancer on his tonsil that was diagnosed last March. The surgery opened up his pharynx (it was only open 20%), released part of his tongue from the back of his pharynx (further restricting his airway as well as his speech), and reconstructed his epiglottis which had fused to the back of his tongue. That part of the surgery went well, though he's extremely swollen in there of course. Unfortunately, they were not able to dilate his esophageal stricture which is 6 cm in length. He now has a tracheotomy and is having difficulty clearing secretions. I've been giving him Reiki while there and while I'm home, but would appreciate your help.
