The Reiki Cafe 

Hello,

For the past 6 weeks or so, I 've been giving myself Reiki on a regular basis for specific issues. I have experienced a lot of positive effects in many areas with the exception of one certain issue(I did experience some relief at times but it was short-lived each time). I don't really want to talk about it here.

This morning, I did another self-healing session and send Reiki to this specific issue. At the same time, I prayed about it and asked God's help to release and transmute the fear and anger I feel about it.

Initially, I felt quite good and calm. But then in the last hour and a half all the anger I 've been feeling over the years seems to have come back. I don't know why that is, I just feel suicidal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, be it healing or words of advice/opinions(as to why I 've been experiencing such a strong backlash).

I understand this morning's Reiki may have created a healing crisis of sorts but I 've had so many over the years- it can be exhausting and so disheartening. Is there another(better) way of accomplishing healing, I wonder...

I agree with RC, that healing is yours....you're never alone. Each and every one of us....deals with something....sometimes, many things....doesn't mean it makes it any easier for you...but we care and we're here for you, cookie.

Thank you for the healing. I did feel somewhat better today. Also, there was an interesting development, I think I(and members of my family) may be suffering from coeliac disease. A couple of hours ago, I read an article on wikipedia about it and I was at a loss for words: all of my painful symptoms(and some of other family members) were listed there. I had given the whole thing some thought a couple of years ago but I chose to forget about it. I guess I wasn't ready to deal with it. Well, now I am and I will be seeing a GP and dietician asap.
