The Reiki Cafe 

He was diagnosed with myasthenis gravis 3 years ago, is diabetic, has COPD and sleep apenea. In order to control the MG is takes mestinon & prednisone which throws his sugars way out of control. A side effect of prednisone is weight gain and he has put on a good 50 or 60 pounds which is also not good for his diabetes. To tell you the truth I think he is giving up hope of ever feeling better again. The Drs. tell him to exercise but with COPD he gets easily winded just walking up a flight of stairs. During a sleep study the Dr. said he got a total of 7 seconds rem sleep a night and on top of all this the mestinon gives him muscle, foot and leg cramps to the point he will jump out of bed in severe pain. He is exhausted, has no energy and very frustrated because he cannot work or do the things he used to without even thinking about it. The newest symtom is that his speech is beginning to slur & is sometimes having trouble swallowing. I try to Reiki him with all my heart but I think I need an army to concur this.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I am at a low point in my life right now as we just buried my Mother & Aunt who died on the same day within hours of each other. I'm tired and don't think I can handle much more. Please help me.

I'm sorry things are so bad right now. but don't if I may, put too much hope in reiki. I think it works better when ther's no attachment. It's hard, I know, I'll light a candle. Hope it helps

Have you tried acupuncture?

I just sent some REIKI to the person, and hopefully that will help him to be positive.

me Ireland. At 12 tonight it'd be 5 in the mornings somewhere else, and 6 in the afternoon somewhere else again.

What if one would take one time zone, specifically, and everone else would do the math and 'send' reiki at the appropiate time where they are. Or one could send the reiki over time to that persons time zone at that time...
