im having problems with my thyroid, blood work showed it was a bit high, i always feel bad (tired, depressed, no energy), also i am always coughing, i had my baby i year ago, and ever since i have giveen birth i have been feeling bad. i need healing, if somebody please help me.

If you can, monicaro, you might also see a person who does craniosacral therapy. It's very gentle and often puts the bones back into alignment that can be imbalanced after birthing.

- it is possible you have been having some postpartum depression

- also, you say that blood work showed your thyroid to be out of whack a bit but you don't say what remedies were recommended

- I suggest that perhaps you see someone about the depression

- in the meantime I will add you to my list for nightly Reiki practices
