The Reiki Cafe 

Hello,

I find that I am in need of some healing energy right now and would really appreciate any help.

I just had my 2nd child almost 3 weeks ago and am just finding myself very overwhelmed. I may have some post-partum anixiety and therefore many tasks seem too much. I recently had a sinus infection that I left untreated (tried a natural nose spray) and am currently finishing up today, a round of anitibiotics. It has left me with a blockage in both my ears that occurs on & off. I find myself extremely sensitive to all noise because of it. And I also find my recovery a bit hindered by tightness in my ribs and lungs from the delivery.

I also realize that some of this may be caused by extreme lack of sleep. My baby boy has his days and nights mixed up and if possible I would like to ask for some energy to help him with this.

I recognize that I am not in a very good position to do any energy work with myself right now and really appreciate all your help. I am trying to just trust the universe and be open to whatever comes. I am so grateful for any and all help.

With much thanks to you and everyone who is sending. My ears have started to unblock some and I hope this helps me cope with a things a bit better. Still no sleep but that will come I hope! It is still a bit soon with a newborn.
