Little Tate is having an issue with too much fluid in his brain - please keep him on your sending lists.

He has been moved to a different hospital (because he is over 28 weeks old now) where the staff have less time and patience to explain the situation to his parents and he is definitely not getting the same level of care he received at the hospital that cared for the most premature babies. Probably because they are understaffed and the ward is full.

Please send Reiki for the whole situation.

The good news is he is breathing without aid for 40 minute intervals and his mummy gets to hold him while he is off the CPAP.

Scans are showing a decrease in fluid and ventricle size and we are hoping they will be within normal range soon.

Tate is such a little fighter and even lifted his head and turned his other cheek to his mummys chest the other day. Even though his is tiny, he is proving quite strong.

The staff at the hospital have taken quite a shine to our little guy and he is getting better care than upon arrival there. So all in all things are looking brighter.

The last 6 weeks have been such an emotional roller coaster ride and having Reiki to assist him and the rest of my family has been such a blessing I am incredibly grateful for it and for the people here who have added him to their lists and thoughts.

Thanks for the update. I'm so glad to hear that little Tate is proving to be strong.
