As I have been posting about vertigo, I have just been diagnosed with "vestibular syndrome" and I will start medication and exercise tomorrow. I was recommended to stop yoga and start swimming. It all seems stress related, which makes sense cause I had a tough year.
If you feel inclined to send reiki this way, I will greatly appreciate it.

Thank you. I´m starting medication today, and hopefully I´ll feel better soon. I´m giving myself reiki daily. Head positions and heart chakra seem to be requesting the most energy.
