The Reiki Cafe 

Well update 8 was almost the best news. Tates Mum had to stay in hospital the last 2 days to give him all his feeds, as the feeding tube was removed.

If all had gone well he was going to be coming home tomorrow. Unfortunately he had a seizure yesterday and another one this morning. Now he wont be coming home for a while. A brain scan afterwards still shows normal and now he has to go to another hospital for EEG scans.

The little guy is almost at 4lbs (3lb 14oz) and has overcome so much already. Heres hoping that the seizures do not reoccur as preemies are at high risk of epilepsy.

Any reiki, prayers, postive thoughts sent his way would be greatly appreciated.

- the best diagnoosis of seizures is being there when one occurs - which is almost never when an EEG is done - and often readings are inconclusive if not devoid of anomalies altogehter (status epilepticus being an exception)

- I will conttinue the little warrior on my list for nightly Reiki practices
