Ah Reiki has a way of bringing people together. I'm new to this wonderful forum. prior to reading this post I was going to post here asking for prayers and healing. I believe we all help one another through reiki. I do believe Jayne it is a blockage, Now my reiki is strong, only in my case Im blocked. I can help others and I do so with love and compassion. I'm just blocked from helping the self. I have been and am currently going through a very tough and trying time in my life. A lot of road blocks if you will, emotional, financial, and stress causes the physical. We are all just human. I know what to do and how to do it...Im just blocked, I'm drained. Email Firekeeper, Maybe I can get some info as well....I will send Reiki your way. And I believe in you Jayne and ask you send some reiki this direction. In Reiki we are one family. And everyone...f you can send jayne and I some healing and love.

I thought it was just me...I thought maybe im a bit rubbish at reiki,although i do know its it doesnt work that way!! grrrr,i just feel so frustrated by it,but im determined. Thing is i find having two children very hard work,and not leaving much time for myself anyway!! So i think maybe it is possibly phisical,mental. I cant thank everyone enough,just having this cafe to refer to is a great help.

Just remember to make time for yourself too! Try and find time for a Session...it will lift you up!

Yes,i know.Thanx 4that! I have been trying to reiki myself,usually in bed,so naturally..I fall asleep!! but maybe reiki is doing that for me..Thankyou for your support and reiki,i realy appreciate it.

Using the Reiki system before bed is a great idea. Remember you are Reiki (sorta speak)all day long especially if you start your day with the reminder of the 5 Principals.The ULFE is there when your in line at the grocery store, driving your car, exchanging the time of day as you pass your neighbor and giving that infectious Reiki smile to all you meet. Once you've become aware of your ULFE it never leaves it was there before you became aware of it. Being attuned enhances your ability to use it with confidence.
