The Reiki Cafe 

I need some extra support at the moment. I feel I'm out of sync with my life. Many new and exciting things are happening but I feel like I can't shed the loneliness I'm carrying with me. I'm not really sleeping and have alternate bouts of hilarity and hopelessness. I've tried to take control again but now I feel the swings are worse.

My father has been seriously ill but the one I feel I'm abandoning is my mother who is taking care of him.I live in another country but I feel that I should be better able to support her. any chance of some healing directed at that too, for their health and emotional well- being?
