Please can someone help me clear my blocked heart and throat chakras

Hi.

On what basis do you assert that these chakras are blocked? They may be, but the issues (blocks, so to speak) may be elsewhere. Chakras do not have a mind of their own, afterall.

- I too would like more of your thoughts on how and why you came to the idea of 'blockages' of these particular chakras

- generally, chakras may be more or less active but I have never been convinced of the notion of a chakra being blocked

- blockage sounds to me to be more of a psychological factor related to intentions and mindfulness

- having said all that, there are pranic practices one may do to improve balance in the enegry bodies and that may have some help for chakral issues

- I also offer distance clearing practices, at no charge, though they are not specifically aimed at the chakras

It is suggested by many practitioners(those that can see the Aura and those that can feel it) that the Chakras become distorted and don't allow the energy to flow through them fully, causing hot-spots/blockages/discomfort/disease.
On a Metaphysical basis the throat Chakra is related to the inability to speak up for oneself or to speak about something that one finds annoying or distressing. The heart chakra is related to a lack of self love/worth/value.
Perhaps looking at your life/circumstances may raise some things for you that could be a cause of these blockages.
Not everyone believes in these things but because they haven't experienced them does't mean they don't exist.
