The Reiki Cafe 

On behalf of my family, I wanted to thank all you who sent Reiki and prayers to my mother. She is out of surgery and doing as well as can be. I spoke with her this morning and she sounded quite strong. When I spoke with her last week, she said, and I quote, "I can feel the Spirit moving through my body." During at least four separate conversations, she made me promise to thank all you.

I hope that I was able to send personal and individual thank you's, but as you can imagine, my concentration and memory have been under a great deal of stress. Please know, however, that I am grateful to each of you. As my mother recovers and as I prepare for my second attunement this Sunday, I ask you to keep my family in your prayers as well as the victims and families of NYC's latest tragedy and loss.

Im so glad to hear your mother is doing well, and I love her description of Spirit moving through her body. I will continue to send Reiki to you and your requests. ( Deep breathing helps to facilitate relaxation and de-stress, in addition to a brisk walk .)
