Namaste,
I'm requesting lots of Reiki and healing energy for my father in law, who is recovering quite painfully from reconstructive shoulder surgery. He's in a lot of pain right now, and his pain meds aren't helping at this point. I'm flooding him as much as I can right now, but would appreciate any extra energy anyone else wishes to give.
Thank you thank you thank you.
In love and light,
Tidesong

Namaste Helen,
Thank you for adding him to your list. No Christian name, as none of us are Christian, but his "real" name is Reed Copsey, Sr, Huntington Beach, California.

I am honoured to be able to send reiki to Reed. The pain must be acute.
You mention that his medication doesn't seem to be helping though. It strikes me that he might need to feel the pain - it could even be pain from other parts of his lifetime being brought up/released. (I'm jumping in with both feet here. I don't intend to hurt anyone's feelings, least of all Reed's.)
Healing happens on all different levels all the time. You know when you start crying at a sad film etc. it can be tears for and about a million things that have happened to you in your life. You might not even know what any of its about. I think pain is similar.
I wish him well. Please keep us posted of his progress.
Much love
Lumpflink

Namaste Lumpflink (what a great name!) and everyone else,
I know what you mean about "needing pain". Looking back on a lot of events in my past, I realized that I needed the pain to learn some valuable lessons. So perhaps my father-in-law needed it at this point in his life.
Anyway,
With much love and light,
Tidesong
