I can remember feeling as you do. You are not alone, you "feel" alone. There is a big difference.

Do not spend all of your time alone..get outside to feel the sun, wind or rain upon your face. Crying in the rain can be a great release!!

Thanks everbody. I didn't realise I needed to give permission for Reiki to be sent to me. Yes, please send some my way. I just had another talk with him tonight and understood that he didn't feel the same way I felt for him. Somehow that makes me feel a little better.

Dear Twokahn,
I always ask because Reiki brings change & that choice is up to the individual, not me. There are many ways to consider this issue. For me, I wish to be clear that I am not imposing my will or decisions on another, thats all. My ego is such that sometimes I think I know what is right for someone else & so I work on not bringing that into Reiki.
I dont seem to have a problem sending Reiki to the world or the universe as a whole though.
Will send Reiki your way in a little while.
