Finally getting out of the cold - moving to South Beach! I'm not taking any of my furniture and getting rid of books, kitchen stuff, clothes, etc. If anyone needs anything really cheap - no offer will be refused. Have three bedrooms worth of furniture - all up for grabs! Also I need a good home for my two rats, Ratso Rizzo and Albino Andy - both are very tame (more like puppies than rats). to the use of magazines and newspapers as much as possible,
if the level of the student allows me to.

I charge 20$ per hour plus 5$ if I need to go to your place.
Taking 2 hours I will go to your place at no extra charge.
