This is a large one bedroom with bay windows and hardwood floors. This room comes furnished with a queen size bed, drawers, large closet, a desk, and an air conditioner. The apartment has a cat, unfortunately no other cats allowed. Rental is from june first untill end of august (definate) there is potential to continue living here- for my roommate is engaged and is moving out- so i will need a roommate from september on. we are close to transportation (i work in the city) and have street parking (i also have a car) Looking for a female who is laid back and respectful. Let me know if you are interested. I would appreciate it if you could first come over so I can meet you.
