For photographers, it’s an ideal studio for shoots; and for others it’s an ideal space from which to conduct an internet based business or small business.

The Monroe Center is easily accessible by public transportation. There is an opportunity to network with other artists and arts professionals and to exhibit your work.

The rents per month range from $250 a month and up depending on the amount of time you want. NOTE: A one year commitment is required and a security deposit of one month’s rent.
