Paranormal Investigations of NYC is a not-for-profit group committed to comprehensive scientific investigations into claims of paranormal phenomena. We are an investigative and research team whose goal is to aid any family or individuals having problems dealing with or understanding a situation in their home or business. In the process of pursing that goal, we also wish to gather and collate data that will lead to the better understanding of paranormal phenomena. We hope to do this by researching the situation using up to date scientific methods. In addition to taking both digital and traditional photos and recording audio and video, we monitor and record changes in the temperature, humidity and electromagnetic fields. After the field work, we will compile a complete report with all detailed information regarding our findings. Our findings are analyzed with the latest computer software and combined with the impressions of our intuitive investigators to give you the best explanation of what is occurring that we possibly can.

Greetings. I am getting our ski house for next winter together. In order to take advantage of the great season pass deal that is being promoted by Okemo for next year, I would like to secure house spots by April 30th. (April 30th is also the deadline for purchasing the pass.)

I have arranged this house for the past 2 seasons. The house is located in Ludlow, VT. Basically at the base of Okemo's access road. The house is a 20 minute drive from Killington.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds, 1 with a full size bed. There is one twin bed and a futon. 1 bathroom. I am looking for 1-3 more people for the house.

The rent per person for the house for the season last year was $530 a person. I expect the same cost per person for next season as well, depending on how many people are in the house. The season for our rental goes from November til the end of March with unlimited use.
