I have also developed menus for several classes at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and enjoy assisting various chefs from all over the country, at The James Beard Foundation. What inspires me is the desire to work with individuals and families who wish to upgrade their diets for health and longevity, discovering mouthwatering meals that are healthy, but do not sacrifice flavor or satisfaction.
