My apartment is a spacious, furnished, comfortable and centrally located, three Bedroom unit in Downtown Washington Street in Hoboken (2-8 minutes from all transportation to NYC and elsewhere). You have your own bedroom; you Share the bathroom (always clean and neat) the kitchen and livingroom. The rent is $850 P/M plus gas and Electricity. 6+ months arrangement preferable but will consider shorter. Security deposit required.
