I can't afford to go anywhere because my rent is so ridiculously high and my salary is so low. So my latest hair-brained scheme is to have some sucker [you?] pay more than my already-high rent.
I will still live here, by the way, but will not only not have to pay rent, I'll have extra spending money.
If this sounds like a good idea to you, you are probably very stupid. In that case you will probably be a really bad roomate.
If this sounds like a bad idea, maybe it will do me good if you move in because you might have some good ideas for me to improve my life.
