1. A large, light room on the second floor facing Hudson Street (900 per month plus utilities)
2. A large room, light and a smaller room next to it (could be a study, personal office etc.) Both these rooms are $1000 plus utilities.
These rooms are located in a duplex apartment at 310 Hudson Street....which is attractive historic building.
you will share the duplex with 2 other young professional males and 2 quiet cats. There is one bathroom on the top floor which is shared and a large kitchen on the second floor which is shared; there is also a common room off the kitchen on the second floor with a door which leads to a very large, pretty garden in which tenants ae welcome to sit and/or socialize (large parties have to be cleared with the owners of the building; we live on the bottom 2 floors)
There is a washer & dryer in the kitchen and a new dishwasher will be installed.
We are looking for responsible, working folks who are able to get along with others. We also like tenants who are handy and can make minor repairs themselves (ie change a light bulb, put draino in a sink, etc.) We of course make other repairs, but we are not a "full servioce" building, as we both also work long hours)
The other 2 tenants work long hours and travel for business so the aprtment tends to be quiet.You of course, will meet the other tenants .
We pay for the hot water; but the tenants pay for the electricity and heat which comes to about 150 a month per person; the cable is about 40 a month.(The tenants use a wireless router to share internet)
(It is possible that the owners will take over the payments of the heat and electric, in which case about 150 per month will be added to your rent.) This will be decided some time this summer.
