I, Silvia Luque, professional esthetician (L.P.E.) founder of Bell Euro, was born in Spain. I received my degree from Christine Valmy, international school for esthetics, skin care, and make up of New York city. With 20 years of experience as a make up artist.
I also studied Fine Arts for 7 years at the School
of Arts in Malaga, Spain. For this reason I developed
an exquisite sensitivity for the touch of the skin, a perfect sense of colors combined with a deep knowledge
