One large room available in 4 BR, 2BA townhouse-style, 2 floor, apartment. Room is available November 1st. The living situation is very easy going and laid back. Walking distance to the PATH. There are two guys and a girl living there now...we prefer another female to keep a 2 guy, 2 girl ratio, which has been working nicely.
Room available has its own bathroom and comes with an off-street parking spot. It's a nice size with a window, decent sized closet and linen closet as well.
The apartment itself is pretty spacious with a kitchen, living room, dining room, and gas fireplace. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. There is also a dishwasher, wireless internet, and cable.
Utilities are $35 for cable and internet, 30-50 for PSE&G, and 30 for a cleaning service that comes twice per month (very important with 4 busy roomies). No pets, please. Security deposit is a month and a half.
