Adorable black Chihuahua puppy with white bib found on 5/24 on the pier. Dog was brought to Associated Humane Societies in Newark: 124 Evergreen Ave., 973-824-7080, http://ahscares.org/page3.asp?page=newark&style=3. It will be on 10 days observation and then will be put up for adoption if not claimed.
