I bought this futon from Futonland on Washington St. a few years back. Paid $850 for it for the extra high quality cushion.
The futon frame is in great shape, so is the futon cushion and comes with 2 end pillows (grey coverings for futon and pillows). The cushion is still in very comfortable and in great shape.
