I am looking for a new female roommate. The apartment is 1000 sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms within a luxury apartment complex. The apartment is fully furnished (not including the bedroom), H/W floors, central A/C, D/W, W/D in the unit, large balcony, fitness center, and FREE shuttle to the PATH. Located in walking distance to the Light Rail and Ferry. Parking is available for $160 outside and $250 indoor-however parking has never been a problem on the street.
The apartment is located uptown on 11th and Grand. The rent is $1260 plus 1/2 utilities (cable/electric/Internet/water). It is available 12/1 for a 1-year lease. $75 application fee required.
I am a professional female (33 years old) looking for a mature, professional, non-smoking female roommate. I have a very friendly cat and dog that are eagerly awaiting a new friend to move in. No more pets please, we are at the apartment maximum.
