I blend compassionate listening from the heart and spirit with 10 years of energy healing techniques which includes: Reiki, Pranic Healing, Meridian Tapping and other epigenetic energy tools.
My sessions can include meditation,visualization & breath-work, as well as very grounding and innovative energy practices that help modify limiting neural patterns and create new life expanding possibilities.
