Are there ANY afforable 1-bedroom apartments in the area? Anything $1300 or less that is decent? I am moving to the area from PA and would love to live in Hoboken. I don't want a share or a studio. Hoping for your little town, but I might end up in JC if nothing comes up. If anyone has a lead, PLEASE let me know!!! Thanks!
