I'm posting this because I hope to recruit cool neighbors! My downstairs neighbor [2nd floor] moved, the landlord will clean the place up and put in a new carpet. Nice big apartment - bedroom connected to workroom, another bedroom, living room, bathroom, large kitchen, windows in all rooms, washer and drier in basement, landlord is nice.
