I am once again throwing a Halloween party. As usual, there will be lots of great food, candy, and fun people in costume. The cost is $10 if you bring your own booze or $20 if you want to drink mine. You must RSVP to get the address (info will be sent to everyone before the 25th).
A day away from the city: Light to Intermediate 7.5 miles hike, with option to go for an extended loop: 8.5+ miles.
Rolling hills with stunning Fall Foliage views of two gorgeous lakes and several hundred feet cliffs. Located in the Minnewaska State Preserve, 1 hour 45 minutes from New York... For you to bring: backpack, lunch, sandwiches, picnic, water, liquids... and good spirits !! Upon return to the van, you will be "greeted" by beer, water, and Gatorade... and some snacks for the way back...
