The workshop explores the seven charkas, centers of energy long believed by ancient cultures to flow throughout the human person, the earth, and the universe. Participants consider the spiritual, psychological and physical dimensions of the chakras in light of their professional practice and how working with the chakras can help individuals live healthier lives.
