In Level 1 you will learn the history, principles, self healing, meditation, what an attunement is and its effects, plus plenty of time for hands on practice. Whether you want to practice on yourself, friends and family or eventually become a practitioner Reiki Level 1 will be a great foundation. Class is Saturday from 9 - 5pm. Your investment is $165. A $50 deposit is required. All materials are included.
