Join us for a wonderfully scenic summer sail up the Hudson River! Start your journey off on the west side of Manhattan and then sail up the Hudson River, past the Empire State Building and under the George Washington Bridge. You'll pass the beautiful and historic Cloisters, Inwood, the Henry Hudson Bridge and many wonderful old historic buildings. Admire the mysterious old light houses and the quaint old port towns along the way! Then, sail under the Tappan Zee bridge and into the port of Tarrytown. This is an extremely scenic trip and impressive any time of the year! But especially impressive in the warm summer air with everything in full bloom!
Stretch out and relax on this beautiful, spacious, historic 72' wooden yacht with a hull of solid mahogany, decks of Indian teak, and a hollow wooden mast made of American spruce. If you've never sailed along the Hudson River, this trip will give you an entirely different view of this wonderful island we live on. If you have, you know what we mean.
After arriving in Tarrytown enjoy lunch on the outdoor patio of a wonderful local seafood restaurant overlooking the river. Their menu ranges from crab legs, lobster, and pasta to burgers, sandwiches, and vegetarian choices and they have a special summer cocktail menu reminiscent of the warm, turquoise waters of a Caribbean locale. After lunch, feel free to relax and enjoy the live music while sipping on tropical drinks and eating key lime pie, or roam around Tarrytown and check out the cute little shops, or catch the train back to the city at your leisure.
