Discernment is rooted in the experience of God’s love and the fullness of life that God offers. It is a way to respond to God’s call and invitation of grace in our daily lives. This workshop assists participants to learn about and experience the the practical dynamics of discernment. Some key questions include:
• What is “discernment?”
• How can the experience of discernment help us pay attention to God and our deeper self?
• What are obstacles to discernment?
• What are ways to develop a discerning heart?
This professional day is for spiritual directors, directees, therapists, health care practitioners and for your personal deepening. The day will include input and prayer experiences.
