This is an intensive 6 hour workshop that spans two days. In this course we will focus on all aspects of Reiki. The following is a comprehensive outline of the workshop:
- Reiki Level I initiation
- A brief history of Reiki
- How to maximize the benifits of Reiki in your life
- A discussion of guided healing
- The hand positions
- A description of how to treat yourself and others including pets and plants
- Beaming Guided meditations
