What do you do for a living?
I run a sports and social league for young professionals in New Jersey. You've probably seen the ZogSports t-shirts around town and know a number of people who have played in our leagues in Manhattan, well due to strong demand we're expanding to Hoboken and Jersey City. We offer a little something for everyone. We have your traditional sports leagues such as soccer, softball, volleyball and football, but also have leagues that are a little more for the kid at heart like dodgeball and kickball. All of our leagues are co-ed and offer varying levels of competitiveness (from a casual beginners league for people just looking to have fun and meet new people to a competitive league for all of the ex-jocks who are looking to get the competitive juices flowing). Further, our league is unique in that it:
- Encourages healthy competition but doesn’t take itself too seriously
- Provides built in social activities (happy hours after all games, casual parties, as well as sports events like ski trips and winery tours) and
- Wants to give something back to the community (Instead of prize money, we make charitable contributions to the winning teams' charities of choice.)
