What do you do for a living?
Field Customer Support for a Biotech company
(For anyone who works with this stuff, I'm a Field Application Specialist for the company that invented the Microarray).
What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
interesting question.
I believe all religions have the same basic beliefs, and the true differences/dinstinctions are based on preference/tradition/geographic location. I try to live my life to end it as individual who improved through her actions. ( I also really really love the idea of reincarnation, and want it to be true...i'm still deciding on whether i believe it is true.)
What are your favorite books?
I have to say, Black Beauty by Anna Sewall is my fave book.
For an answer that is more fitting someone my age, I will say a book i read called "Tongue First: Adventures in Physical Culture" by Emily Jenkins.
What type of books do you like to read?
anything that keeps my interest. I tend to enjoy books that change perception the most. If there is a new idea they can show me in a plausible fashion, I am just smitten w/ the book.
It's been awhile since i've found one, so let me know if you have a good one.
What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
I like comedy comedy and more comedy. (Current fave -O Brother Where Art though?)
I also enjoy a good tear-jerker, or crazy movie that makes you wonder. (Memento, Shawshank redeption are the ones that comes to mind)
What kind of music do you like?
I like every kind of music (at least a part of any kind).
The ones i like most are:
Bluesy rock, Classic rock, jazz, blues, country, bluegrass.
What type of foods do you like to eat?
Now that i like sushi (expanding horizons recently)
I can say i truly enjoy most foods, and will try just about anything once.
pizza, is the #1 best food ever, though
Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?
I'm middle of the fence. I like to look at both sides of each issue, and don't usually fall on just one side.
What do you like to do for fun?
dance, hang out, watch hockey, try something i've never tried before.
What are some of your interests?
Music, Hockey, Science, art, theatre, movies. the usual.
What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
I've moved here, on my own from St. Louis to take a job that i really really like.
It's been the biggest adventure of my life, and each day is challenging, and interesting, and new.
