Scottish, forty and handsome (my wife tells me so and you know, i am tempted to believe her.....at times).

Sometimes interesting, sometimes annoying but always sincere.

Well travelled, well educated and well aware that few of us are realising our dreams and living the life we desire. So became a philosopher and a coach.

What do you do for a living?
Life coach and stay-at-home Dad.

What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
Atheist but the Buddhists have a pretty good idea about how to live as did the ancient Greek philosophers.

What are your favorite books?
A beautiful mind - Sylvia Nasar
The island - Aldous Huxley
Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy series - Douglas Adams
So many more.........

What type of books do you like to read?
Those that give an insight and challenge the reader.
Stephen King when I just need an easy read.

What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
No TV but do miss the quality programming of the BBC.

What kind of music do you like?
I don't particularly like C&W, some rap and garage,house etc.
Everything else has a place in my collection.
Big Elvis Costello fan.

What type of foods do you like to eat?
If it is a fine example of the genre then ANY.

Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?
Liberal.

What do you like to do for fun?
Let other drivers in to a queue of traffic and by doing so annoy the selfish buggers in the queue behind me!

What are some of your interests?
Philosophy; education; politics; travel and travel literature; golf; oil painting; writing and simply gaining wisdom.

What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
My Maters in Philosophy of Education.
My son (joint honour with my wife).
Surviving this long (after the number of motorcycle accidents I had...).

What do you dislike about Hoboken?
Parking and NJ/NY drivers who are the most selfish and ill mannered bunch of poor drivers I have had the misfortune to meet (a generalisation I admit). The turn signal is put there for a reason.
My personal rant and no doubt it will illicit some negative response.
