What do you do for a living?
I'm a NYC leasing assistant, layed off student and confused girl.
What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
I believe in the golden rule and in karma, so u better be good! Ok, I'm spiritual but I'm not religous. I also believe that we should take care of those around us that can't care for themselves, love animals..love children..give what u can to those around u, b/c u can't take it with u when u die!
What are your favorite books?
Hmm, this is tough. I love murder mysteries but my favorite author is Anita Shreve. I love her books Sea Glass, Honora and The Weight of Water. I also like James and The Giant Peach, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The BFG (their children's books, but their fun).
What type of books do you like to read?
ooops, answered that before, i really like any books that include homicide and are thrillers or that just make me laugh.
What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
My favorite tv shows are: #1: Law and Order (CSI, Criminal Intent, Special Victims Unit.... all of them), Friends, Fear Factor, The Simpsons, King of the Hill and the bachelor series!
What kind of music do you like?
All kinds, I love Coldplay, RadioHead, Sigur Ros, Bjork, the Doves, U2, the Beatles, Jewel, Sarah McLaughlin (check spelling), Jimmy's Chicken Shack, and Travis, but I'm really open to anything.
What type of foods do you like to eat?
Mexican, Indian, American, Italian, lol, I love food. New food is good food. And I'm willing to try anything.
Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?
Middle of the road. I'm open to all opinions but pretty set in my own views as well.
What do you like to do for fun?
First and foremost I love to play cards, I'm addicted to Spades and Poker and will play Solitaire if I'm alone (sounds like a lot of fun) and I like to go to the bar, go shopping and go to the movies.
What are some of your interests?
I want to become a crime scene investigator, I want to help all abused animals find a good home, I want to become a Big Sister of America, volunteer at a homeless shelter, travel the world, become an actress, get rich, spend all of my money on poker, go sky diving, read every book I can find and make friends with the world. I'm interested in a lot of things.
What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of my ability to be so independent, I used to be really afraid to do things on my own, but now I don't care. I'm proud of myself for traveling as much as I have (Iceland, Germany, Panama), moving here to Hoboken and being such a hard worker. I'm also proud of how compassionate I am (it comes from seeing a lot of sad stuff).

What do you like about Hoboken?
The shops: it's very European, Frank Sinatra Drive at night, bars, and the fact that you have to walk to get anywhere (or at least I do).
What do you dislike about Hoboken?
It's crowded, hard to meet people and smells pretty bad sometimes, my hometown in NC was so beautiful and had so much grass and trees, it's hard to adjust to pavement and cement.
