I am currently a web editor for Goldman Sachs on Water Street. However, I was a reporter for about 12 years, starting at a small weekly in Brooklyn, and moving on to papers in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and then back to the Apple for a stint at CNNfn.com. (Before the AOLiens invaded)

As I said up above, I love movies, but I want to branch out and enjoy all the fabulous things this crazy town has to offer. I've been checking out some off-Bway plays, I hit the museums regularly, and I want to drop into some blues clubs. That's about it from here...take it easy and I'll see you around.

What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?

Raised a Catholic boy, but I'm not a fanatic about it.

What are your favorite books?

Some of my favorites include "Sometimes a Great Notion," "White Teeth" and "House of the Spirits." And let's not forget those Hardy Boys' mysteries...

What type of books do you like to read?

Fiction mostly. I don't read much in the way of genre, but as a kid I couldn't get enough SF or hard-boiled private eye stories. Every now and then I drift back.

What type of movies or television shows do you watch?

Not too much TV, though I am catching up with the Sopranos on tape. Love that show. I still enjoy "Seinfeld" and my all-time favorite show was "The Prisoner." (I am not a number I am a free man!) As far as movies, independent and foreign rule.

What kind of music do you like?

Big band (big time!) blues, jazz, new age, some electronica. Could live w/out polka or rap very easily.

What type of foods do you like to eat?

Asian (mostly Thai), Italian, just getting into Indian. I try to eat the good stuff, avoid the crapola, which ain't easy.

Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?

Liberal and damn proud of it. Bite me, Karl Rove.

What do you like to do for fun?

I love going to the movies, theater, or just hooking up with a good crew of people. I tend to avoid pro wrestling matches and monster truck rallys.

What are some of your interests?

Flicks, hiking, bike-riding, kayaking (major novice) and just about anything else that sounds like it might be fun.

What achievements in your life are you most proud of?

As I reporter I did wrote up some good stories that were often hard to get. And I've got a great bunch of people in my family who somehow put up with me. Amazing...
