Description

As a healing practice, simply pursuing Traditional Usui Reiki right now.

Also enjoy QiQong and Aikido -- they keep me grounded!

Day job in computers, but making more time for my passions in Reiki and in writing.

Update summer 2005 -- full time doing Reiki, also signed up for EMT training & town rescue squad -- we'll see what else comes into the mix now!

Update January 2007 -- busy with Reiki for elders -- a program called EldersBloom, and pursuing many paths at once

Systems Analysis, i.e., I work with computers

Earliest - Christian, next was Taoism, then Zen Buddhism
But now I take Buddha to heart when he told his followers to cast off beliefs when they were no longer needed to bring awakening

What type of books do you like to read?

lately mostly potboiler fiction

What type of movies or television shows do you watch?

adventure, travel, thrillers, although my tastes are mellowing

Irish, jazz, Zydeco, baroque/Bach, bluegrass, pop, chants

What type of foods do you like to eat?

a lot more fruits and vegetables than I used to! Easy on the meats, mostly just chicken or fish two or three times a week

leftist/populist/civil libertarian

art galleries, movies, tennis, bike riding, walking around cities, making new friends

raising my 2 children

I found Reiki by following the trail of happy coincidence, arriving at Level I attunement in January 2001
