All. I have a hard time with any restrictions or rituals that are limiting to anyones search for spirituality.

I can't say I have a favorite. I love any book that expands my mind.

SPiritual, Murder mystery and fluff. I go in cycles.
What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
I also love to decorate so anything on HGTV Home & Garden TV. Movies action, comedy, I love the ones that make me cry. I loved Pay it Forward-great message.

How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
Reiki found me. When I was young I would see someone in pain and ask that the pink light would surround them and help them feel better.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
I can't label Reiki instead I think of it as a beautiful gift.
What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
When practicing Reiki, other gifts sometimes are included.
