General questions
What do you do for a living?
I'm an administrative assistant.

What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
I was raised in a very religious society in the Western part of Sweden. It was never a question of choice, life was about Lutheran Christianity. Up until a few years ago it was a state-church.
I still belong to the church but I seldom visit it. I question it a lot. It's too man-made i my eyes.

What are your favorite books?
Among the very best I've read the last years are Diane Stein's "Essential Reiki" and Barbara Thiering's "Jesus the man". The last one was really controversial! Couldn't stop reading. It gave me a lot of perspective.
And what to say about Diane Stein? - "Housebible"!
For the moment I'm reading "Spirit of Reiki" by Walter Lubeck, Frank Arjava Petter and William Lee Rand. Interesting findings there.

What type of books do you like to read?
Non-fiction. Decorating, cooking, herbs, gardening. Plus a novel hear and there.

What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
I like comedies! A special favourite is the old "Monty Python's Life of Brian" (from 1974). I always find something in that film I can relate to in real life.
TV - no thanks.

What kind of music do you like?
Depends on which mood I'm in. Everything about Blues though. It's hard to describe - music is like air to me, I need it.

What type of foods do you like to eat?
I'm not fussy, I eat almost anything. OK, lamb is very tasty with garlic and rosemary.

Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?
I'm basically a non-political person. The green parties had some nice ideas but they turn more and more fundamentalistic. And they raise the taxes for household energy! I use my vote.

What do you like to do for fun?
Listen to music, talk to friends, be with my family, go for walks in God's free nature.

What are some of your interests?
People. I like to talk with people.

What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
To see my three children grow up to care-taking, responsible persons.
I'm also quite proud of myself, for being waht and where I am today.

Reiki questions

What Reiki level are you?
Practitioner

How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
Reiki found me through a colleague at work in August 2000. She was organising a weekend course and had a few places to fill. I had never heard of it before but it felt like I finally hade hit home. So I was attuned to Level 1 in August 2000 and Level 2 late november 2000. I didn't practise much, why I don't know. The breakthrough came early this summer. I took up practising again and in August 2003 I was attuned to Level 3, a different techer this time. It was absolutely overwhelming!
I see myself as a student still though.

What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
Usui Reiki Ryoho
