I am a 56 year old woman, two wonderful sons, a great daughter in law, and two "perfect" grandchildren, girl and boy.!! In the "counseling field for nearly 20 years, had worked many years in the Chem Dep areas, a few years ago began to focus more on Coaching and women's empowerment thru spiritual growth. Love the work with groups, individuals who are really growth oriented, and have that willingness to go to the edge with themselves, get to see great miracles, daily. Of course I have learned that we are miracles so... Enjoy reading, spiritual focus works best for me, enjoying Reiki, enjoying learning from others. Operate a private practice here in our city, spend time with like-minded people, learning to really listen to my Heart as I grow away from the analytic setting.Rambling in the Black Hills fills my heart, connects me to the Earth and cleases me from those things that sometimes seem to cling from the week in my office, learning how imp it is to "detox", discover that Mother Earth is the greatest source of Reiki there is!!! Love Course in Miracles, Greg Bradden, Paul Ferrini, Essenes, Creator. Devoted to that since I was about 25 years of age. Private Practice coaching with women, groups(mixed as well), consulting with non-profit agencies, workshops, with spiritual emphasis.
What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
I am blessed to have been invited into the Lakota Path with the Red Road,.Also exploring Buddhism, Essenes, I love the Spirituality of Life and I guess it is all spiritual, ecclectic?
What are your favorite books?
Walking Between the Worlds, Women Who Run With THe Wolves, Course in Miracles, anyof Paul Ferrenis work, Marrianne Williamson, in that vein.
What type of books do you like to read?
Spirituality, empowerment thru the discovery of our Divine.

Be with Grandchildren, spouse, sons. Quiet time in the hills, spiritual gatherings where I can learn new ways of relating to self, others, Earth re: the shift of the Earth, energies. Walking in hills, laughing, soemtimes crying over the miracle of life.

What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
20 years of living sober, the birth of my two sons, the fact that my sons are here in this city after living so far away from here, growing to really "see" who my aging mother really is, letting go of the past and its embarrassments, to let it be the grace it really is, marriage one and a half years ago, letting go of my Chem Dep credentials,m and W'winging" it as per inner orders, facing new things every day without running, (even tho I might want to ), developing "real" connections with people.
