What do you do for a living?
I'm in a health-care related field.
What type of books do you like to read?
Lately I've been reading a lot of nonfiction primarily about spirituality and finding meaning in everyday life.
What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
I absolutely love the learning channel, the discovery channel type programs though I try hard not to miss West Wing.
What kind of music do you like?
I love so many types of music, let's see: kodo drumming, "new age", the indigo girls, andrea bocelli, baroque music.
What type of foods do you like to eat?
If it's a carbohydrate, I want it, but I'm big on veggies too.
Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?
I suppose it depends on the issue, but I think everyone should have healthcare, everyone should have a warm place to live and enough food in their bellies.
What do you like to do for fun?
Go to the movies and eat popcorn!
What are some of your interests?
Spirtuality, the worlds we cannot see and then there's cooking and rug hooking.
What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
My children, my 20 year marriage, my increasing ability to forgive and let go of anger.

How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
I have been involved with Reiki since 1999; I'm not sure how I became involved really, I believe I've been connected with some sort of energy for many, many years, Reiki simply formalized it.
